Refund Policy
This is a draft and must be reviewed by counsel before going live (once payments are enabled); the published version prevails. This Refund Policy explains the rules for refunds on MiniPic paid services and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
- You can request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first subscription purchase, with no need to give a reason;
- Renewal periods (including automatic renewals), and the first subscription after the 14-day window has passed, are non-refundable; you can cancel renewal at any time and keep your plan until the end of the current period;
- If a duplicate or erroneous charge occurs due to our systems, we will refund that amount in full.
This policy does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer rights you have, such as the EU right of withdrawal.
2. API usage credits
Prepaid API usage credits can be used at any time after purchase and are non-refundable. We will only refund amounts charged in error due to our systems.
3. How to request a refund
Refunds are returned to your original payment method; arrival times depend on your payment provider and bank. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account and order details.
