How are you billed? What counts as one image?
We count only successful compressions: an image counts when it produces a downloadable result. Failures, oversized files and blocked requests don't count. Outputting the original format and WebP for one image counts as 2; each derived resize/convert output on a result counts as 1.
How does the free quota reset?
Everything resets on UTC time: the anonymous web limit of 100 images/day resets daily at 00:00; once you sign in there is no daily limit (1,000 images/month) and the API gets 500 calls/month, both resetting on the first day of each month.
Do resource packs expire?
Never. Drawdown order: plan monthly quota → resource packs (first-purchased-first). Prepaid, with no monthly pay-as-you-go — when your quota runs out, requests pause and resume once you buy a pack.
Are there limits on "unlimited" images?
Pro and Team have no daily limit, with a fair-use soft cap of 5,000 images/month (Team counted per seat): going over only lowers your queue priority — nothing is blocked and there is no extra charge.
Will I be charged automatically? What happens when it expires?
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: it renews each billing cycle, with a reminder before each charge. You can cancel anytime; after canceling there are no further charges and your benefits stay until the end of the period. If a renewal payment fails, the subscription enters a grace period before downgrading to Free — your data and API keys are kept, only the limits change.
Can I get a refund?
Annual subscriptions are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused — contact support to arrange it. The Terms of Service and Auto-Renewal Agreement apply.
